Too many ideas are optimized for revenue, not relevance.

3. We fail to evolve our own systems
We teach iteration—but rarely apply it internally.

Innovation doesn’t come from proximity alone.

It comes from:

  • Diverse perspectives

  • Challenging assumptions

  • Designing systems that learn

Without these, potential remains untapped.
